CrewRelay SMS notifications is an opt-in messaging program operated by Creative Light LLC. When you subscribe, you agree to receive text messages related to your CrewRelay account and services.

2. Message types

By subscribing to CrewRelay SMS notifications, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Account alerts - Important notifications about your account status, security, and access
• Appointment reminders — Reminders for scheduled appointments and services
• Platform notifications - Updates about service features, maintenance, and system status
• Security alerts - Login verifications, password changes, and suspicious activity warnings
• Service updates - Changes to your subscription, billing reminders, and usage notifications

3. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

CrewRelay does not charge fees for SMS messages beyond your standard subscription. Any charges you incur are from your mobile carrier, not from CrewRelay or Creative Light LLC.

4. How to opt out

You can unsubscribe from CrewRelay SMS notifications at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP - Reply STOP to any message you receive from CrewRelay
• Visit our consent page - Go to crewrelay.ai/sms-consent and use the unsubscribe form
• Email support - Contact support@crewrelay.ai with your phone number and opt-out request

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Factors that may affect message delivery include:

• Network congestion or outages
• Device compatibility issues
• Geographic coverage limitations
• Carrier-level spam filtering
• Incorrect or changed phone numbers

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. When you subscribe to CrewRelay SMS notifications, we collect your phone number, name, and email address to deliver messages and manage your preferences.

CrewRelay will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
